Kanishk is a leader in the Americas Digital Infrastructure practice at AlixPartners. Kanishk has over 12 years of experience working in M&A and operational improvement advisory.  

Kanishk has supported clients across the transaction lifecycle—from diligence through integration— driving synergies, developing go-to-market strategies, and implementing EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives. He specializes in complex consolidation efforts and unlocking long-term value in capital-intensive environments. 

Kanishk has also authored multiple papers on the key drivers of fiber M&A, industry consolidation trends, and strategies for improving fiber monetization. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Waterloo.
