Laura Fazio joined Huntington Bank & Securities Company in February 2021 as a cornerstone member of the team building out a new national Technology & Telecom industry vertical. Fazio came to Huntington from Santander Bank, where she led the buildout of their commercial bank’s TMT business since 2018. Fazio came to Santander from Twin Oaks Advisors, a boutique advisory firm she founded in 2010. As the managing principal she advised small cap and middle market technology, media & telecom companies seeking strategic advisory solutions as well as structured capital investments from institutional investors. Prior to Twin Oaks Advisors, she headed Aladdin Capital Management’s TMT advisory business after leading Deutsche Bank’s media & entertainment structured products arm. Fazio spent 9 years at Dresdner Kleinwort(now Commerzbank), running TMT capital markets and corporate finance where she led over $5bn in structured debt and equity transactions for the TMT industry.
Fazio earned a BA from American University and a MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (now part of Arizona State University).
