Colby is a Managing Director in Investment Banking at TD Securities (TD). Before joining TD, he was at IHS Towers (IHS) where he was the EVP of Communications and Head of their U.S. Corporate Office. As a member of the executive leadership team, Colby at various times was responsible for the Commercial, Communications, ESG reporting, Investor Relations and M&A teams. Before joining IHS, Colby spent 12 years as a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst specializing in the digital infrastructure and telecom services sectors at the investment bank Cowen. Colby was regarded as one of the leading analysts in digital infrastructure and was ranked in the top three of Institutional Investor’s annual sell-side poll in each of his last five years at Cowen. He began his career in equity research at Thomas Weisel Partners.
