Alex Wan is a Managing Director in the Global TMT Investment Banking Group at BofA Securities and is based in New York. He focuses primarily on digital infrastructure investment banking clients across towers, data centers, fiber and wireless.

 

Alex started his investment banking career with Merrill Lynch in New York in 2007. During that time, he has advised on over $265bn of strategic advisory transactions and more than $30bn of lead-managed debt and equity capital transactions.

 

Alex holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and an MBA from USC Marshall.
