Andrej leads the Americas Digital Infrastructure practice at AlixPartners. He has extensive experience as both an internal manager and consultant across various functions in North America and Europe.
Andrej focuses on spearheading large-scale Digital Infrastructure projects and helping clients navigate operational and strategic challenges. He leverages new technologies to accelerate transformations, improving operational and organizational performance.
Andrej is a recognized expert in the telecommunications industry—particularly around fiber optics, cloud-based communication, sub-sea fiber networks, wireless network strategy, and CLEC transformation. He is dedicated to helping companies work through investment challenges—particularly in fiber—and has authored multiple papers on upcoming consolidation in the U.S. fiber market.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Andrej held roles at Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems where he worked in the transformation office, leading programs for nationally affiliated telcos. He was instrumental in establishing what was at the time the largest European wireless telco joint venture, with €8 billion in revenues.
