Eric Wittleder is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, he is responsible for infrastructure investment activities for the Brookfield Infrastructure Debt Fund, in the Americas and supports the oversight of the underwriting of global credit investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Wittleder worked for Société Générale in its energy and project finance group, advising on and raising debt capital for energy and infrastructure projects in the U.S. and Latin America. Mr. Wittleder previously held positions at SMBC, Banco Espirito Santo and WestLB. While at SMBC, Mr. Wittleder was seconded for two years to Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional in Bogota, Colombia to build out its project finance unit and support the country’s infrastructure program.
Mr. Wittleder holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University.
