Robert Gutman is SVP Capital Markets and Investor Relations at Compass Datacenters, which designs and constructs data centers for some of the world’s largest hyperscalers and cloud providers on campuses across the globe. In this role, Gutman directs Compass’ capital strategy and helps steer the company’s financial strategy to support its global growth. He played an instrumental role in negotiating Compass’ recent acquisition by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners’ and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan acquired Compass Datacenters for more than $5 billion. Gutman has more than a decade of experience in the infrastructure industry, including his roles as Director, Equity Research at both Guggenheim Partners and Evercore ISI.
