In addition, Mr. Kirschbaum worked in J.P. Morgan’s Financial Sponsor Group, where he executed a variety of private equity-related mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.
Mr. Kirschbaum has been actively involved with investments in DartPoints, Booz Allen Hamilton, ARINC Incorporated, Meadows Behavioral Healthcare and Alcami Holdings. Mr. Kirschbaum received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB from Princeton University.
